I'm in the great state of West Virginia helping with a Sidekick Winter Ski Retreat. We have about 275 students from 12 churches up here. We're doing some worship and teaching, and kids are skiing today and tomorrow. We're doing the same trip in February, where we have more than 450 students coming. That trip will be our biggest ever.
I really like our ski trips and our summer event. I think they are as good as anything out there, and they more affordable to boot. Students have fun skiing, but we also do some high energy worship and teaching. In the summer, we're doing a camp-type event in Washington DC with hotels, worship and small groups around the city.
