All cable companies are worthless. I had all kinds of problems with Adelphia, and once Comcast took over my DVR box died and I had to get them to replace it. I think it would have been easier to set up a personal meeting with the President of The United States..... They are a JOKE !!

I still have a double bill from adelphia that has not been taken care of. Of course comcast says the beef is wiht adelphia, but it is comcast who is still carrying the balance on thier bill. I have refused to pay it and stay two months behind on the bill. I just use the high speed internet service and it is down at least 12 hours a week. When I call to complain that it never works they always tell me that when I call they will credit my bill for the outage. Right thats all I have going on in my life is sitting on hold waiting for a $2.00 credit. Twice a week. I'm waiting for bellsouth to have dsl in this area and then I'm digging up the lines to my house and diggin up the survice box in my front yard.
