Anthony has officially been working at Oak Leaf Church for about a month, and I've really been seeing the effects. Not only are we all receiving our paychecks via direct deposit, people can now do automatic giving from their bank account. Not only do we have more staff, we're having more effective staff meetings. Not only are we getting more done, I've been able to focus on more big picture things and teaching. He's taking care of so many details.
Anthony got a savings account setup where and we are saving money regularly. He's got our bylaws finalized, and our vehicles insured. He's helped us get portable church bins, pipe and drape, and all kinds of new stuff for the kids area. He's providing leadership on Sunday morning, which will mean I don't have to get there at 6 AM. This will be important now that I'm teaching three times on Sunday.
